Refund and Returns Policy

All requests for return must be made within 7 days from delivery date We do not offer exchanges.

Item(s) must be in new, unopened, and original packaged condition.

Returned merchandise will receive a minimum 30% restocking fee

  • We will only pay the return shipping costs if the return item(s) is a result of our error (incorrect or defective item, etc.)
  • Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Shipping and handling charges are not-refundable.

  • Brand new, unopened and unused items in original packaging
  • Non-Sale, Full priced items
  • Items that match up with customer’s order (color, quantity, or style)
  • Items that are within 7days from delivery date
